>Thank you for choosing Unwind for your beauty needs. Please review our policies before your upcoming visit to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

>Credit Cards are required when booking your appointment. There is no hold or charge unless the appointment is a no show or canceled outside of 48 hours.

>Cancellations. Unwind has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled after this time are charged a 50% missed service fee before booking your next visit.

>All product sales are final.

>Unwind is a salon and spa. This is a time of relaxation and rest for you. To ensure a pleasant experience we ask that arrangements are made for young children before your visit. This is also a safety precaution as there are hot tools, sharp objects and large equipment, the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost importance.

>Unwind does not book services for children under the age of 10. Children 10 and up are charged our normal pricing.

>Frequent cancellations of your appointments or No Show’s will result in the inability to book services at Unwind.

>Please take a moment to review our services and pricing structure. We have strategically created our menu pricing based on the needs of our guests and staff and products used. All spa services are customizable. Pricing structure is subject to change at any time.
